      I do think that you can absolutely help to reduce your symptoms through a diet that is rich in anti inflammatory foods, stress reduction and a lifestyle that supports healing. Auto-immune diseases are poorly understood and I do not feel it is my place to say one way or another if you can heal fully from your condition. I do feel that you can find some relief from your symptoms through diet and lifestyle 🙂

      • Thank you Ali. it has been a number of months that I have changed to a much less stress life style with an extremely healthy way of eating. I do exercises and meditation yet I am still in extreme pain. I finally had to go to the specialist and get some pain relief injections which is of course is not permanent and does not last for very long. I am starting all these horrible drugs tomorrow with extreme side effects. I have spent huge number of hours studying the traditional way of dealing with my pain as well as looking at the medical solutions. There seems to be almost equal amount of literatures, research and advocates out there supporting AND denying both methods. So hard to decide what is the right path of action. There are also several people that say they know the answer and ask for so much money to help you. I have tried a couple only to find out that they were just taking advantage of a sick person who wanted answers desperately. How is one to choose which way to go? Who is one to believe? So confusing.

      • I am sorry to hear that this has been your experience Farah, it is true there are many out there who do want your money. But there are also plenty of genuine healers in this world. Also remember that the person most qualified to heal you is you 🙂 I would encourage you to keep seeking and not to give up. ❤
